Who is DA Medical?

DA Medical is a seller of surplus suture, endoscopy, orthopedic, and surgical items.  We acquire unique packages of surplus single use disposables and surgical instruments.  We have operated in these medical segments for over 25 years. 

All items are inspected prior to sale and shipment.  The highest care for sterility and analysis of package integrity is taken with each item. 

SHIPPING:

We always combine shipments to benefit our customers so check all of our online items.   We use both USPS Priority and Fed Ex ground for US shipments.  All international shipments are via USPS International Express. This service has proven to be expediant, trackable, and reliable.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

PRICING:

Pricing is based upon product supply, product demand, quality, cosmetics, and time in inventory. A product is initially listed  at a "high wholesale" to "low retail" level.

WARRANTY:

Warranties are available but not offered unless expressly stated via email to the buyer or expressly stated in the online listing. We avoid warranties to insure the lowest prices possible. More importantly, we thoroughly check and inspect every item sold to detect flaws that would create problems for the end user.

RETURNS:

All items include a 14 day return policy. If you receive an item it does not meet your expectations, then return it for a full refund.
